my story
brick house was born the day we moved into our home in 2008 and i instantly fell in love with the two ovens of our vintage garland stove. for twelve years i experimented, created, and perfected recipes - some days were a success, others….well, our chickens enjoyed the less-than-perfect bakes that never made it under the cake dome.
fast forward to 2020 - bored during the pandemic, we set up a bake table at the end of the driveway. what started as a small, casual venture quickly gained a loyal following. but with five kids still keeping me busy, it wasn’t until 2024 that we officially opened.
